The investment is $135 AUD each week for a total of 6 weeks.
No, you don't have to pay in full.
There is a payment plan option. You can choose to pay one week at a time across the 6 weeks by entering your credit card details.
In person sessions are available for an additional charge of $15 per session which covers room/office hire.
No, sometimes it takes a while for women to feel comfortable to aim for a few alcohol free days. We will tailor a plan suited to your individual requirements and circumstances.
You can start with tracking your drinks, cutting back slowly or moderating. I will meet you where you are at and ensure you are comfortable with any plans we put in place.

If you can give me at least 12 hours notice of a reschedule then no fees will be charged.

You will try lots of different things on your journey towards sobriety. All of them will be valuable stepping stones along your intended pathway.
I wish I could offer a guarantee that you will be successful in taking a break from alcohol, but as with most things in life, you get out what you put in.
I can hold your hand and cheer you along the way, but you have to do the work. If you show up to sessions and put the suggested tools and strategies into place, you will strengthen your probability of making a lasting change.
If you sit down and work out how much you spend on alcohol each week, then multiply that by 6 weeks I think you will find that you will have paid for the package either within the 6 weeks or not too long afterwards.
Do me a favour, now multiply that weekly figure you are spending on alcohol by 52 weeks.
I think this question might change to:
"Can I afford to keep drinking"?
As humans we like to tell ourselves that we will make important changes when the right time comes.
The problem with this thinking is that life is imperfect and the 'right time' is a rarity. I believe in divine timing - the time is NOW.
Also, it is better to practice getting through any challenges with a coach by your side to support you to navigate through them so that you have a higher chance of staying on track.
